I am a dynamic pharmacy technician, interested in developing my career in primary care and want to establish myself in a medicines optimisation team working in GP practices across Leeds. I want to be involved in assisting in the delivery of specific medicines optimisation projects in order to deliver CCG prescribing priorities. My sound clinical knowledge, solid background in science and information technology along with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of health care professionals stand me in good stead to overcome any challenges this role may entail.

There are only a few things that are technically incorrect, but the sentences are long and hard to follow. I've made suggestions in red.

I'm not used to seeing "medicines" as an adjective -- I would expect "medicine optimisation" without the "s." But this is technical jargon, so you may know better than I.

Similarly, I can't say whether "deliver CCG prescribing priorities" is acceptable phrasing.
