John AkiI call/called her Mary.

Both OK. Probably you mean "Mary" not "Many".

John AkiA girl called Mary.

OK. It is a noun phrase, not a full sentence.

John AkiA girl call Mary.

Ungrammatical.

John AkiWe call/called that company Toyota. (both are correct)

Yes.

John AkiI use a car called a Toyota.

Grammatical, but sounds a bit odd, as if the word "Toyota" is not expected to be known to the listener, whereas in fact almost all English speakers would know the brand.

John AkiI use a car call a Toyota.

Ungrammatical.

John AkiThere is a car company called Toyota.

OK

John AkiThere is a car company call Toyota.

Ungrammatical.
