Could you please advise if these three words share pretty much same meaning?
1) I simply can't imagine / envisage / envision he doing that.
it is difficult to imagine / envisage / envision how he will react.
2) Again, these two words share same meaning?
it seems repetitive / repetitious.

Yes, but only 'imagine' strikes me as appropriate for everyday conversation. The others seem more appropriate for formal writing.
