The company is not liable for any damage is caused by misusing of the product. (Now and future, passive voice)

The company is not liable for any damage caused by misusing of the product. (Past tense)

These are correct. The time frame is controlled by the main verb in the sentence, not the non-finite verb in the relative clause.

The company was not liable for any damage caused by misuse of the product. (Past)
The company will not be liable for any damage caused by misuse of the product. (Future)
