With minimum alteration of the wording, I would do it this way:

1.In the meeting, one member said he was unaware of the incident which happened two days
ago.

2.In the meeting, one member said that in the future she is would give training to the workers who were not performing their jobs well.

3. In the meeting, one member said he has been given the training to.....

4. In the meeting, one member said that he doesn't know the rules of the job.
