The course has been put on hold and/or delayed by Fizzy on more than one occasion and as a result, learners lost interest.


Eventually, we started training in April 2016, with a few learners, however, over the past few months, we have noticed more learners losing interest and a spike in attrition.


Further, we’ve incurred training cost in the amount of ZARXXXXX with the training provider, and ask whether this will be covered by FIZZY due to the following reasons:

  1. Delay in start time;
  2. Lack of interest;
  3. Commitments due to delays; and
  4. No communication

I await to hear from you as a matter of urgency, including directions from you as to whether you agree with what is set out above
