C (name of a place) is two and a half hours journey - half by lunch and half by bus - from B (another place name).

Does the sentence make clear that I have to take lunch and bus to reach C from B? Alternative improved suggestions are also welcome. Thanks
A launch is a boat. A lunch is a meal.

It's fine. I understand it as "First I must travel over an hour by boat, then I have another hour-plus by bus to reach my destination."
Thanks GG
