Hi,

Plz,

Tell me, can we use have/has been with the third form of vorb in active voice sentence ? and ;Bhutto's matter has submitted to almighty Allah, is correct or, Bhutto's matter has been submitted to almighty Allah is correct.

Here are the active versions.

Bhutto has submitted his matter to almighty Allah.

Bhutto has submitted his matters to almighty Allah.

Here are the passive versions.

Bhutto's matter has been submitted to almighty Allah.

Bhutto's matters have been submitted to almighty Allah.

Best wishes, Clive
