I know to use it like "I have sent it" or "I have utilized" but what if you want to say something "Have it sent" or "Have it utilized"

Is "Have" also followed by past participle? Could somebody explain to me the rules.

Christian Lawrence Ligon"Have it utilized"

That is not possible. It does not make sense to demand that someone utilize something.

Christian Lawrence Ligon"Have it sent"

That is the causative form of "have".

I need the gadget right away. Could you have it sent by courier? It would arrive in less than an hour.

e.g.

I have my car repaired at Joe's Garage. He is an excellent mechanic.

If you have a problem with your car, have it repaired at Joe's.

Thank you for the answer.
