Which one is correct?

As shown. "I'll" doesn't go with "had lost". That's mixing a present-point-of-view tense with a past-point-of-view tense.

If you put the whole thing in the past:

I knew that if I switched the channel right then, and I came back later, I'd find out that Barcelona had lost.
