'Has' is 3rd person singular, everything else is 'have'

you ougto use Has
How could people learn if you guys are debating like little brats debating on what flavored chiclet is inside their mouths. People get into this page because they want to know the best, oh, I mean the right answer. But from "has and have" to the colors of your skin and where you from?
