I know frequent use of "not...yet" or "not yet" but I'm not sure about "yet" itself. Can it be replaced with a certain word if it has the most similar meaning to?
Isn't #3 showing more imptience because of the word "yet"?
You need punctuation.
Have you checked your e-mail yet?

Have you cheked your emails yet?
