What about the order of the words that are in a number three sentence?

How can there be 12 million most amazing people? That is a lot, unless you are comparing this group with 7 billion ordinary people.

Do I have to write a verb to be Yes. Say 'are' because people' is a plural subject.

is it okay to say aged?? Yes. In this sentence 'aged' is an adjective describing 'people'..
