I practically had to sleep with the head geek before he’d do it.”

The word geek is similar to the word nerd. hey both refer to people who are socially inept and often deeply interested in technology.

These are slang words, and a bit negative, so be careful with them.

Hasibul Alam I practically had to sleep with the head geek before he’d do it.”

e.g.

The woman worked for a boss who was the manager of an elite cyber-security team. He was a genius, an expert at computers and networks. He had very few "soft skills." He did not get along with people in social situations.

She wanted a raise. He ignored her request. She asked again, but he refused to give it to her.

She flattered him and indirectly offered to have sex with him.

He gave her the raise.

"Head" means "chief" or "principal". "Geek" is slang, and it means pretty much whatever unfavorable you want it to.
