Students: Are you brave enough to let our tutors analyse your pronunciation?
——I haven't been to the USA.

A. either B. neither
A: I have been to California a few times.
B: me too.

A: I have not been to New York though.
B: me neither.

I am not sure if I follow the test's choice of answers.
See this example;

I don't have a PC. Bob doesn't, either.

So I wonder why here we should choose "neither"

I don't like pork. Jim doesn't like it either. Or, neither does Jim. In the latter sentence, the negation is on "neither". The first sentence has the negation on "doesn't".
