Are you logged on? There are actually two logins here. On the one hand, you log on to EF to be able to exclusively access your EF account, and you log on to chatango, on the other hand. You can't get your messages delievered in the chat room as long as your chatango account is not logged on.

Click setting and log on to your chatango account. It is the first icon from left below the dialogue box where you write your text.

We can't help much with the Chatango side of things. Can you supply more details? Do you get any error messages?
If you can, post some screenshots and I will try to help you.
One of our other members experienced difficulty posting a few weeks ago. It turned out that they had activated the "underline" function, and this interfered with the system. Once "underline" was disabled it all worked again.
