i don't know exactly how to create a request letter. i want to request for a free booklet from a specific organization that explains how to clean window-unit air conditioners to achieve better energy efficiency. i learned about this bookelt in an article in the time magazine of a August 2, 2007 issue but unfortunately i don't remember the precise title of the booklet.

i need a suggestion or better yet an example on how to write a request letter given the situation above. thanks..

Start by just writing what you would say to someone in the office if you were making your request via the phone. Then post it here, and we will help you with comments. OK?Emotion: smile

Best wishes, Clive

Dear Sir:

Good day!

In the event that we have experienced a fraud guest at our restaurant with dates January 4, 6 and 7 respectively, we would like to seek some assistance from your good office if we can request a copy of the scenario thru your cctv camera. For your information and guidance we are collaborating with BPI to solve this issue.

Thank you very much and we appreciate your immediate assistance on this matter.

Sincerely yours,
