I don't understand that part. In fact, your letter says very little. Can you provide more details?

I don't understand your letter, but will guess.

Dear Mr. Ambassador of the European Union Delegation to Rwanda;

We met last year at the "Green Drinks" event at the Urban Boutique Hotel. I told you about my plan to grow the hibiscus plant (Roselle) on my farm, harvest the flowers and produce the popular tea called bissap here. I would like to request an appointment so I can tell you about my progress and ambition to export my products to Europe.

Thank you

best regards

In Canada, best regards is not a suitable way to end a business letter or email unless you deliberately want to be informal or you are writing to a person who is your good friend.

The standard ending is Yours sincerely.

best regards seems almost silly when writing to an important person like an Ambassador.
