How do I express these correctly in English?

Is it correct to say,

1. In this case, I think Mary is much more suffering than you.

2. Mary suffer much more pain than you in this case.

3. I think she is more depressed than you.

4. Our lives is full of different trials. We all have our own problems, suffering and stressful time. There is no exception for everyone in this world. You might thing it is cruel. But this is our reality.

4. Our real thought, anger, saddness and painful in our heart need a gateway to let go. Otherwise all these virus just accumulate more and more in our body and will make thing even worse. In this stage, there's no need to pretend to be strong to cover up all your unhpappiness, but you need to really release your real feelings. Otherwise, you hardly can breath a fresh air. As long as you really unwrapped the problem, you can see and know what is your real need.

Thanks~

4. Our real thoughts, anger, sadness and pain in our hearts need a gateway to let go. Otherwise all this negativity just accumulates in our body and will make things even worse. At this stage, there's no need to pretend to be strong to cover up all your unhappiness, but you need to release your real feelings. Otherwise, you hardly can breathe (or take a breath of fresh air). As long as you really unwrap the problem, you can see and know what your real need is.

I have just tried to correct the grammar some rewording in parts might make it read better.

I find the last bit of the third sentence right.

You might think it is cruel, but that is our reality.

Is anything wrong with this?
That's ok. The orginal writer got thing and think confused. Be careful when making it the subject that everyone understands what it refers to. (I know you have just copied from above but wanted to warn of an easy trap to fall into).
