Can any of us share me the methods to evaluate extempore speeches?

Also suggest me some interesting extempore topics?

Evaluation should be on time, content, and delivery. Preset time conditions should be in place with minimum and maximum limits observed. A good speech will have a good opening, appropriate content and a clear conclusion. A good topic would be: Why I want to learn English.
thank u for the tips.

pls do send me some more interesting and useful topics.

You’re welcome. I used to do quite a bit of this type of speaking. It can be a big help when you get a surprise question in a job interview or other occasions where you might be caught off guard. I'll look through some of my old notes for topic suggestions this weekend.
Here are a few more examples:

If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world where would you go and why?

If you could have on superpower what would it be and what would you do with it?

Tell us about someone who has made a change in your life.

Tell us about a dream you had. (This can be a real dream or you can make one up on the spot).

If you had three wishes, what would you wish for?
If you won 5 million dollars what would you do?
IT SHOULD BE BASED ON THE START ,THEN SUBTOPICS CHOSEN TO SPEAK ON THE PARTICULAR TOPIC ,THEN THE SPEAKING STYLE AND CONTENT ,THE PUNCHES USED ,AND THE CONTINUITY,
