Can you tell me your secret of keeping good health and good looking? Any body who has some inspiration of doing exercise please help, I found my health and myself not looking good nowadays.

I like life style of ancient people, they used less comfortable equipments. I see in pictures they have very much muscles and body very stronger, both men and women, and they have much free time than us to create new generation, and their new generations make us become less time in our daily life, and we have to find some method to balance our being living. Does it sound like that? I just have had thought once I started this topic of exercise. Anyway please give suggestion. I hope there is somebody have very good health here. Emotion: stick out tongue

Well, I do some Pranayams ( Yogic method of Breathing Exercises) and some Yoga to stay fit and fine. Why don't you join the Yoga class ???

Very much thank you.[G] I have read about the beauty to Yoga in that website, I think I got a great inspiration now. I have practiced before since I had a long time flue decease about 2 months, doctor said the virus had gone but bacteria replaced it. I took medicince but not become better. Then, I started doing Yoga from a book, the book is telling about which style is for which decease. I had recovered unbelieveble and mind got meditation in the same time, 2 uses I got.

Does Pranayams include in Yoga, because in Yoga we have to control or exercise breathing in between?

First of all you can not say, "Do you do exercise?' You should say, 'Do you exercise?' and saying 'daily life' is not necessary since the question already assumes so. WHat you might want to say is, 'in your day-to-day activities'

So I will correct the letter from start to finish.

And since we are talking about ancient people I would have to argue that they did not use equipment at all-that is a modern concept. Any athlete today can easily easily beat anyone of the past--Just look at how we keep on beating Olympic records.].
