I don't believe in the Bible for the same reason I don't believe in the Quran, The Book of Mormon or any other collection of myths, legends or fairy stories.
The Bible is the only one you mentioned that is actually backed up by Historians and was written by the actual eyewitnesses to the events.
There is little historical evidence for anything mentioned in the Bible that was supposed to have happened before about 700BCE. There is no evidence at all that any of it was written by eyewitnesses to anything.

That's completely false. Also, Jesus Christ is the most documented person in ancient history. He is very well documented by historians, roman historians, eyewitnesses, church writings and Apo graphical writings.
