How to improve my spoken English?
I don't find it difficult to read or write, I can even understand an English movie but i don't know why I fail to speak. When ever I speak to myself am pretty fluent and am happy that I do not make any grammar mistake but when it comes to speak with others I just stumble, I see myself searching for words and I do many Grammatical blunders but the very next moment I correct myself in my mind, that shows I know what is right and wrong still I make mistakes Emotion: sad Am just freaking out and I have lost confidence too.
Please help me.

Hai Don't worry You have to follow my instructions. then u will get through that problem understand.

The best way to master in English is practice it as much as you think. Don't feel shy or hesitate to speak even if you are not confident of the language. The most you speak the better fluency you will get.
You should try to gain the skill of putting questions. If you are unable to ask questions, conversations will soon stop or you will be forced back into the position of a silent spectator.
Everyone makes mistakes in the beginning but unless you speak in English, how will you know where you are making errors?
You should read newspapers, magazines, listen to news watch English programmes and attend lectures. Make use of the dictionary for correct meanings and pronunciationh.
You should have your own ideas. Carefully study pros and cons of any issue and form an opinion. Then you can try to express your opinion in English

If you follow my instructions you will get better fluency in English as early as possible

all the best

1. My first suggestion is to read aloud as much as possible in English ALOUD. A standard daily English Newspaper and the Readers Digest have very good reading material. If possible record your voice and listen to it to know the areas the sounds, words and alphabets that give you trouble and on which you need to work. If possible read aloud to a friend who can give you his/ her feedback based on which you can work on improving your pronunciation as well as articulation.

2. The mother tongue influence is a problem for many considering that very few of us are native English speakers. To reduce that, make more English speaking friends and make a determined effort to speak only in English, even if you keep forgetting words, or tend to stammer or your friends tend to laugh at you. This will require a lot of will power but believe me you will soon improve. If someone corrects your pronunciation don’t take offense, instead be grateful that he/ she is helping you correct yourself.

3. I would also suggest you try to learn at least 3 -5 new words and look up the meaning in a dictionary. then try and use these words in your daily work and in your communication to improve your vocabulary. Find synonyms for words that give you trouble and use the synonym.

4. If you still feel that professional help is needed then you can attend English language training classes. Their professional help will definitely help you in improving your communication skills.
