Hi friends greetings to you all
Is it really important that a non-native English speaker should speak almost(99%) like that of a Native English speaker.I mean the ACCENT.Or is it OK if a non-native was good in pronounciation, fluency, vocabulary and grammar.Which is really important in conversation.

Thank you.

It takes an incredible amount of effort to perfect your accent. Some accents sound neat to native speakers, and you might find that some people appreciate it.

Without spending a lot of money on a speech therapist, if you want to learn the accent, try watching some movies and repeat the dialogue.

99%???!!! That's nearly impossible! Even if you get to 65% - 75% you'll be doing well! No, it's not important to speak 99% like a native speaker. You will be understood!

But don't let that stop you from trying to improve your accent. You can always improve a little from wherever you are now.
