I have made a few comments. Many of the problems involve mispronunciation of consonant(s) at the ends of words, or addition of consonant sounds at the ends of words that should not be there.

1. I would need to have a meticulous preparation for such long-term holiday

You say "nees" rather than "need".
"a meticulous" sounds more like "er mertigerlous".
You say "long-terms" rather than "long-term".

Grammatically it should be "such a long-term holiday".

2. preparing myself for obstacle ahead

Grammatically it should be "obstacles ahead" (or, less likely, "an obstacle ahead").

3. capture awe-inspiring sunrises at crack of dawn, which is totally wonderful.

You say "awn" or "on" rather than "awe".
The rising intonation at the end of "inspiring" is not appropriate and hinders comprehension
You say "on" or "om" rather than "of".
"dawn" sounds more like "dod" or "dond".
The "s" sound at the end of "is" is not recognisable.

Grammatically it should be "at the crack of dawn".

4. to educate the young generations about the deeper Vietnamese culture and identity as well as improve patriotism.

The "t" sound at the end of "about" is not clear.
You say "de" rather than "the".
You say "cultures and identities" rather than "culture and identity".

Unfortunately, now I've read the transcript it's very hard for me to tell how much I could have understood without it. If you post similar clips in future, and you want people to listen before reading the transcript, may I suggest that you post the link at the top, then a note "scroll down to read the transcript", then a big gap so that the transcript won't be visible until people choose to see it.

I really appreciate it! i have to say that its really hard when i try to speak correctly all of them , ending words , English Tenses
