What about 1908, 1002, 608,
???
It’s a matter of personal choice. My choices are;

512 BC – five hundred and twelve BCE
608 – six oh eight or six hundred and eight
927 – nine twenty seven or nine hundred and twenty-seven
1002 – ten oh two
1045 – ten forty-five (not ‘one thousand (and) forty-five’)
1908 – nineteen oh eight (my grandfather used to say ‘nineteen ought eight’)
2002 – two thousand (and) two
2012 – twenty twelve.
Thank you, but is it formal to use the word *oh*. Both in speaking and writing?

Ali Mbut is it formal to use the word *oh*. Both in speaking and writing?
It is not used in writing at all (excerpt in dialog).
