I'm trying to write a formal letter of reassurance. We have to be paid before the completion of a certain deliverable. So I'm must write up a formal letter to the Director stating our reassurance to complete the deliverable/phase after the project has been handed-over. Please help someone!

Thanks alot for your response, but as per what was discussed in the meeting, a letter of reassurance needs to be prepared by us the consultants and emailed to the client, stating the client to pay us before financial year-end and our reassurance to complete the project. That's all
