Hi Client,

I am following up on my previous email (dated July 19) in order to see if you have any dates available next week to schedule a conference call to discuss your concern. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,

It's OK (I made a small change), but you tend to use more words than necessary (the grey highlighted words are not necessary, for example.)

Also, "thanks" is quite informal, but the rest of your letter is rather formal.

Thank you for your help....

Dear Client

I am following up on my previous email (dated April ) in order to see if you have an estimated time to complete the legal review.

More natural is this.

Dear xxxx, (Don't you know the client's name?)

Further to my April email, do you have an estimated time for completing the legal review?

Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely,

Mary Smith
