My try:

I wouldn't use "in case" and "skip".

I sent you this email twice but you didn't reply. If you have ignored/ignored this email intentionally, then it's okay.
That's a bit awkward, Jackson. Here is a possible alternative:

I received no reply the first time I sent this e-mail, so I'm sending it to you again just in case the first one didn't arrive or was overlooked.

Yankee's suggestion is very good. I don't know why you would say it is 'okay' if he ignored your first email, especially since you are bringing it up again. [Perhaps you are forgiving the person for the oversight?]
Your guess is right Philip.Turkish say the same thing too. "İyi madem, tamam o zaman." Emotion: smile

Where I said ''then it's okay'', I meant to say that if you ignored my previous e-mails on the same subject intentionally, then it would be alright if you had ignored my present e-mail once again.

Hi Jackson

I understood why you included that part, but I simply wouldn't add it -- especially because the word 'ignore' is such a negative one.

I have sent you this email twice, but you haven't replied.  If it was intentional, then that's okay.
