I think you've heard this before but..

I turn polar bears white
and I will make you cry.
I make guys have to pee
and girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid
and normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown
and make your champane bubble.
If you squeeze me, I'll pop.
If you look at me, you'll pop.
Can you guess the riddle?

No idea what the answer is..help please =/

Update: Besides 'Time', 'God', 'Pressure' and 'Air':

The #1 solution is 'NO' or 'YES' (as anybody can 'guess' the riddle)

I have no fliipin clue!!!

I've been at it for about at least 2 hours now

I think I give up...

that, and the meaning of the movie donnie darko lol
i think it may be God. think like a kindergartner.firstly:polar bears. who created them? God he can do anything as in:

make you cry

make people have to pee

make girls comb their hair

make celebrities look stupid

turn pancakes brown

make champagne bubble(even though i dont know why people would ask kindergartners about a riddle mentioning champagne..and spell it worng)

no for the "you"s i think the wirter is referring to God.even tho its not capitalized. think of it as the game telephone. somewhere along the line its changed and is changed forevermore.anways

if God squeezes u heck yeah u'll pop

if he were to look at you...nevermind

o.O maybe its..love..get it?? plug it in

AnonymousThe time has come,
winter is here
and those yellow bears disapear.

The time has past
as man looks back with a sigh
and a tear in his eye.

As time is held
boys cross their legs
but of course the toilet begs

As time marches on
Girls loose their blush
and swap a comb for their brush

As time passes
For those held high
their end is nigh

As time catches up
Everyone is equal
when we get to the final sequal

As time turns
Without it we have flour and water
With it we have breakfast for my daughter

As time revolves
How does one turn water and wine
into something so fine

As time runs out
The more in a minute you try and squeeze
the less you can do with ease.

As time ticks
All the time that has past
man cannot comprehand something so vast.

doesn't this make the most sense? where did this poem come from?
AnonymousSnow? The coldness of the snow makes you cry...It turns polar bears white...The cold makes males have to pee...And the water could frizz the girl's hair...And if a celebrity was to be in snow, they'd need to wear a big stupid-looking coat...And if regular people were in snow, they'd have to wear the same thing... I don't know about the pancakes, but the champane could mean that when you put ice in it, it bubbles. Squeezing snow makes it crunch, and when the light reflects off of it, it hurts. A lot. The pancakes have me stuck on this.
All you have to remember is that the answer to riddles are usually simple and sometimes an attempt at wit. There is no cleverness in, "The answer is snow because celebrities have to wear goofy looking coats to be in the snow."
Obviously, the answer is Chuck Norris.

The correct answer to this poem is "words"

I turn polar bears white (by saying they are white)
and I will make you cry. (words can be cruel sometimes)
I make guys have to pee (talking about rain, waterfalls, etc.)
and girls comb their hair. (some one telling them that they need to fix their hair)
I make celebrities look stupid (ever heard of spoof magazines??)
and normal people look like celebrities. (try newspaper headlines such as "Local Firefighter Saves Child"...instant celebrity...at least with the town)
I turn pancakes brown (as with the polar bear, you say it's brown)
and make your champane bubble. (you say it's bubbling)
If you squeeze me, I'll pop. (more of a figurative statement...put too many words together in one small space and it looks like an explotion on paper)
If you look at me, you'll pop. (you look at "WORDS" as being the answer...you'll pop from thinking so hard about this stupid riddle when it was a simple answer)

As for the whole child then...I asked a small kid what they though...and they replied with "words"...I also asked a young woman in college what she thought...and she said there was no answer...

So...lesson learned...the answer is WORDS
The book that is referred to in Donnie Darko is real, if you read it it you can make sense out of it when you watch it the second time around.
Anonymousok i dont entirely know that answer but im close. there is a chemical compound in the air which turns polar bears fur white, its in onions ( makes u cry ) also in the air which makes hair frizzy, is in grease ( turns pancakes brown ) etc.

all i know is that its not no i cant, and the answer being looked for isnt God. it could be but thats not the True answer.

i think its some kind of chemical found in all these diffrent things.

duh- and Kindergarten kids know that chemical? your reaching here buddy- the answer is "i don't know"
