Please correct my sentences.
I don't like using the present continuous tense with "for" even in some situations it is wrong.
I also have never seen the present continuous tense with "since".

Thanks Philip, I just meant the present continuous tense not the present perfect continuous.
The present continuous tense can be used for actions related to future or for temporary actions that are happening but will end at some specific time in the future.
Examples
We are having a party tonight. ( action in the future that has been already planned or scheduled)
I am working here for two months (it means I am working somewhere at the present time and my job will end after two months)
