While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. Do you agree or disagree?

In this day and age, a scarcity of well-educated blue-collar laborers has emerged as a topic of interest for the general public. Some schools of thought hold that students should enroll into vocational education in lieu of attending university. From my perspective, I partially agree with this opinion for the following reasons.

The first reason why people are encouraged to study in the university is that higher education seems to be the prestigious environment to create the generations of intellectual personnel with great vision and comprehensive knowledge of different fields. In fact, such candidates are more likely to become experts and be favored to take high-ranking management positions over those who did not embark on educational institutions. Hence, academic qualifications could open more doors to develop their future career path.

On the other hand, there are some grounds supporting the view of enrolling in vocational training courses. Firstly, vocational schools provide knowledge and job-related skills directly and quickly, which are more likely to pave the way for those who follow careers that require more practical based learning. To be exemplified, students that intend to become electricians are more likely to shorten the studying period of time once attending vocational courses. Secondly, in contrast to exorbitant costs of higher education, reasonable study fees serve as the most intriguing advantage of vocational training courses. This practice contributes to the reducing rate of unemployment towards people from the underprivileged households.

In conclusion, I am not fully persuaded by the opinion that vocational training courses are recognized as a prioritized measure to address job issues as I believe that the university gives students more chances for promotion but vocational training courses help people to shorten the studying duration and save their budget.

In this day and age, a scarcity of well-educated blue-collar laborers (wrong word. A laborer is a unskilled worker. The clean buildings and work backbreaking jobs in the construction industry.) has emerged as a topic of interest for the general public. (That is not true. Do not use these memorized templates.) Some schools of thought hold that students (Wrong word. If someone is thinking about higher education, they are not currently a student.) people should enroll into vocational education in lieu of attending university to alleviate the scarcity of skilled blue-collar workers. From my perspective, (redundant. "Agree" is a perspective.) I partially agree with this opinion (The prompt is "Do you agree or disagree?" The prompt is NOT "To what extent do you agree or disagree?" You must read the instructions very carefully. You must answer the prompt exactly.) for the following reasons. (wordy, unnecessary)

You did not give the right response to this Task. It asks "Do you agree or disagree?" To respond to this question, you must pick either "agree" or "disagree." The two body paragraphs each give one reason with evidence or support for the one side that you chose. Do not write about both sides. That is a "discuss both sides" essay. You will lose points for "Task response". You need to learn how to answer each type of essay. There are five types. Do not confuse them.)

This paragraph is for a "disagree" essay. You said you agreed, so this paragraph argues against your perspective. That is disastrous for the band score.

On the other hand, (Wrong transition phrase. Use this for "discuss both sides" or "advantages/disadvantages") there are some grounds supporting the view of enrolling in vocational training courses. Firstly,

First, vocational schools provide knowledge and job-related skills directly and quickly, which are more likely to pave the way for those who follow careers that require more practical experience/ hands-on based learning. To be exemplified, (Wrong expression) For instance, students that intend to become electricians are more likely to acquire a certificate and be licensed a very short time after shorten the studying period of time once (That makes no sense) attending vocational courses. They can then easily find a job in an electrical service company or with the power company at a reasonable starting salary. There are many job openings due to a shortage of labor. Initially, they will be a helper or apprentice, but after a year's experience, they can go independent and even start their own business.

Secondly, Second, in contrast to exorbitant costs of higher education, reasonable study the fees serve as the most intriguing advantage of for vocational training courses are affordable and reasonable. So children from underprivileged or poor families can pay the fees by taking a part-time job at a fast-food restaurant or other entry-level position. Two of my friends, after they graduated from high school, decide to take a temporary job and save money so they could attend classes to be welders. After only six months of hard work, they had enough money to enroll. They lived with their parents while studying, and it took them eighteen months to be a certified welder. Now both have high-paying jobs. This practice contributes to the reducing rate of unemployment towards people from the underprivileged households. (That is not good English. I do not know what you mean.)

In conclusion, I am not fully (You need to be consistent - if you agree, hold that same view at the end of the essay.) persuaded by the opinion that vocational training courses are recognized as a prioritized measure to address the shortage of qualified workers. job issues as I believe that the university gives students more chances for promotion but vocational training courses help people to get certified in just one or two years on a shoestring shorten the studying duration and save their budget.
