However, early retirement of employable people can lead to the serious consequences. Therefore, this action should not be taken unless there is a very high birth rate in a particular country.

Firstly, older people have a valuable experience in their field, based on many years of practical work. There is a huge importance of sharing the knowledge with younger colleagues to continue their improvement. In order to achieve this goal, seniors should leave their job at the age of 65 or more. Secondly, it is crucial to keep employed as many people as possible, because of the decreasing birth rate in the most developed countries. Otherwise, some countries can face a crisis since there will be not enough working people to maintain children and the elderly. Furthermore, the higher age of retirement would save a lot of money in a budget, as a result of the lower number of pensioners.

Nevertheless, the idea has some positive aspects. For instance, it would give a longer rest and the freedom of actions for the elderly. In addition, it could encourage young people to have children, since they would be more certain about their future and job prospects.

In conclusion, people should work as long as, they are competitive and are able to take new challenges in their job.

Working at the age of 60 competing with fast younger generation is not very easy. The younger generation will get an oppertuinity to see in different perspective.

I agree they should stop working at the age of 60 as its not very easy with serious health issues they face. They have been working all their 60 years, competing through 6 generations and their new innovative creations, ideas and technology. They should take a break and give the comming new younger generation a chance. In this market necesity of having a job is increased.

I disagree in some cases as the yonger generation dosen't have the experience as they have in real world. The experience and the new ideas rate of sucess is more than just the new ideas in any work field. In some area of work the income is very less, that they need to keep working with the market ups and downs and high prices. Their savings would not be enough for regular expenses or the health issues they face.

People working at the age of 60 should be judged by their capability just not because of age.
