New essay: "is foreseen to stay at that point in the after a decade." IN THIS SENTENCE, I REALLY WANT TO SAY THAT THE FIGURES STAY AT THAT POINT AFTER 10 YEARS, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO EXPRESS MY IDEA. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

The bar chart depicts the proportion of the economy of five industries accounting for the country’s B economy in 1995 and 2015 as well as a projection for 2025. Overall, the financial industry takes the majority of the country’s economy with the largest share in three supplied years, whilst that of others are foreseen to decline in 2025.

Starting at about 30 percent in 1995, the financial industry’s percentage ascended by approximately 15 percent after a decade. It is predicted to continue its growth and hole the largest contribution to the country’s economy with 43 percent in 2025. By contrast, the manufacturing industry’s statistics plummeted from about 20 percent in 1995 to nearly 15 percent after 10 years. They are projected to keep that trend in the future. During 1995, the tourism industry’s percentage accounted for nearly 25 percent, nonetheless, it plunged by 5 percent and is foreseen to stay at that point in the after a decade.

Concerning the food processing industry and oil, coal, and gas industry, these sectors share a similar trend over the period. In 1995, both statistics were about 10 percent and 20 percent correspondingly. After a decade, that of the processing industry doubled while the oil, coal, and gas industry’s percentage increased slightly. Nevertheless, they are forecast to revert to their starting level in 2025.

First, you must consider the entire economy. These industries contribute their share to the whole economy, right? There are other industries that are not shown, such as retail (shops, markets) and health care (doctors, hospitals) right?

Suppose the whole economy is a pizza pie. You are going to divide up the pizza between some people who go to lunch.

.

Ton represents oil and gas. He gets the share of the pie that is the oil and gas proportion.

Joe represents manufacturing He gets the manufacturing share.
You represent Finance. You get the largest share.
I represent food processing. I get that share.
Your father represents Tourism and he gets his share.
Your mother represents all the other sectors, and she gets what is left over.

OK, so according to the chart, in 2015, how much pizza does each person get?

You get 36% which is more than one third. Yum, delicious.
Your father gets about one fifth, or 20%. (You and your father together get more than half, or 56%)
Ton gets 32%, nearly one-third. ( You, your father, and Ton together get 88%)
I get 21% for food processing. How is that possible? There is only 12% left from the whole pizza. How can I get one fifth share?
Ans what about Joe, or manufacturing? Where is his share?
Where is your mother's share? She goes hungry. Is there no part of the economy for doctors, hospitals or shops?

Do you now see the fundamental problem with this Task?

Teachers: We supply a list of EFL job vacancies

Oh yeah, I know your point, thank you for your comment. It is onerous !!!

You should explain this to the teachers at the learning center. They should not give fallacious examples that mathematically are impossible to students.

And you together with your fellow students should learn critical thinking. I would wager that hundreds of students wrote this Task 1 essay and never realized the impossibility of it. If you had started to write an advanced essay, the problem would have been obvious.
