Due to the availability of fast food nowadays, many people have low-quality diets.

What problems can this cause?

What can governments do to resolve these problems?

My answer:

Thanks to a range of ready-made food these days, it is a good choice for busy people to save valuable time and spend for working. However, the excessive abuse of this food has led to being less nutritious in meals. While this trend can result in health problems, some measures could be taken by governments to deal with this issue.

There are a number of risks related to consumption of poor diets. One of the most significant threats is this can cause an increase in illnesses such as diabetes, obesity, heart diseases and even cancer. In fact, the level of sugar and fat, which are two common ingredients are used in fast food processes, always exceed the allowed standards. Secondly, if a member in a family suffered one of the diseases aforementioned, they can become the burden for the others. For this reason, members of the family have to take time, money, efforts to cure for the patient. Furthermore, healthcare systems are under overloaded circumstances because of a huge number of patients.

There are several actions that governments can take to solve the problems. Firstly, governments need to establish a certain standard to restrict the degree of sugar in available food products because sugar is the main reason for obesity, diabetes and heart diseases. Apart from this, it is likely to increase the tax on sugar. Secondly, some preservative chemicals contained in some ready-made foods can cause cancers. Thus, it is also necessary to prohibit them or limit the permitted proportion to add to food. Finally, raising awareness of people about the negative impacts on health need to be implemented by various measures such as media, school curriculums.

In conclusion, abuse of convenient food can lead to many types of illness as well as becoming a burden for family and society. However, there are some solutions that governments can be taken to tackle these problems.

What problems can this cause?

What can governments do to resolve these problems?

My answer:

Thanks to a range of ready-made food (The topic was about fast food - hamburgers, french fries, pizza, Kentucky Fried Chicken - that you buy at a fast food restaurant. Ready-made food is different. They are packaged dinners you can buy at the supermarket.) these days, it is a good choice for busy people to save valuable time and spend for working. However, the excessive abuse of this food has led to being less nutritious in meals. (ungrammatical) While this trend abuse can result in health problems, some measures could be taken by governments to deal with this issue.

There are a number of risks related to consumption of poor diets. (We do not eat diets. We eat food.) One of the most significant threats is this can cause an increase in illnesses such as diabetes, obesity, heart diseases and even cancer. In fact, the level of sugar and fat, which are two common ingredients are used in fast food processes, always exceed the allowed standards. Second, if a member in a family suffered (wrong form) from one of these diseases aforementioned, they can become a the burden for the others. For this reason, members of the family have to take time, money, efforts to cure (wrong word) for the patient. Furthermore, healthcare systems are under overloaded circumstances because of a huge number of patients.

There are several actions that governments can take to solve the problems. First, governments need to establish a certain standard to restrict the degree of sugar in available food products because sugar is the main reason for obesity, diabetes and heart diseases. Apart from this, it is likely to increase the tax on sugar. Second, some preservatives chemicals contained in some ready-made of these foods can cause cancer. Thus, it is also necessary to prohibit them or limit the permitted proportion to add (wrong form) to food. People nowadays have eaten lots of fast food during the current years which is quite
unhealthy. Food such as burgers, fries, and pasta can all cause low-quality diets for
everyone. This current issue can be dealt with by the government as they can proceed to take
action.

A variety of risks are associated with poor diet and lifestyle. One of the risks is that when if
someone has a disease, it will be risky for them to have a poor-quality diet as it increased
their cholesterol more which can lead to a dangerous heart attack. Secondly, if someone is
over-weight, it means that they won’t be able to each much fast food as they will get short
breath and they will gain more weight which can lead to a very high cholesterol disease
which can kill them easily.

There are many actions that the government can take to solve the current situation. The
The best way to solve this action is by spreading awareness on social media so more people will
be more careful and they will be helping others to reduce the risks for fats and have a
higher quality of diets. Another way is to raise sugar taxes so fewer people could buy sugar
which would be beneficial for so many people from all around the world and it could save
many lives.

In conclusion, fast food should be reduced in order to maintain a healthy quality diet and
lifestyle which can boost people’s healthiness and reduce the number of disease risks. The
government will be able to help so many people if they take action.
