this is my topic: every day, millions tons of food are wasted all over the world. Why do you think this is happening? Anh how can we solve this problem.

And there is my answer:

It is true that wasting of food is a problem to most countries in contemporary society. Reasons for this vary, and steps need to be taken to tackle the problem.

Firstly, innovations in faming technique are to blame. With this advances, famers can produces higher crops than ever before. As a result, people have stricter selection to all ingredients. For instance, retailers may refuse to sell food of wrong shape and size before it appears on the dinner table. Because of surplus of food is produced every day so that people have indifferent attitude to food which have ugly appearance but is edible.

Another reason stems from the fact that a growing number of people can afford to food produces today. Thus, people are not treasure food as they do before, they take food for granted and are willing to throw away all the leftover in their house. They do not concern that the leftover can be recycled to turn into nice meals. Reasonable price of food is conductive to buying new ingredients at any time of consumers.

The problem described above is not intractable. The simplest measure is that governments should formulate a new policy which helps people aware of the detrimental effects of food waste. By actions of government may cause effect on a large scale and lead to change shopping habits of everyone. Another remedy is that imposing greater tax on the food industry. Consequently, price of food products increase and consumers may be more careful to their expenditure. In addition, encouraging people cook dishes from leftover is also a good solution for this problem. Authorities and school should together run courses to teach children about new recipes to reduce leftover.

In conclusion, wasting food is attributable several several reasons. This issue can be handle by adopting the above- mentioned solutions.

Hope you guys check my mistakes and give me advices. Thanks so much
