Please help me review my essay.
Some high schools require all students to wear school uniforms. Other high schools permit students to decide what to wear to school. Which of these two school policies do you think is better?
In some high schools, it is mandatory that all students wear uniforms whereas others let students wear what they want. from my perspective, I assume that it is important for students to wear uniforms at school.
To begin with, school uniforms help students show their prides for the school where they study.By wearing uniform people will recognize which school you are studying at, especially if you come from a well-known school which is hard to enter, you may feel very proud of your school and its uniforms as well. As the result, students are more likely to be aware of how they should behave therefore wearing uniforms also cultivates good manners for students
In addition, strong evidences show that all students wearing the same uniforms can reduce the risk of bullying and discrimination at school. that impoverished students wear worn-out jeans or old-fashioned t-shirt while rich students wear luxurious clothes can lead to discrimination among students in school. Poor students are prone to be bullied, suffer from depression and finally, have to drop out of school. In contrast, by wearing uniforms, students will be treated equally and there is no longer discrimination among students from all walks of life.
Moreover wearing school uniforms will save time for students thinking about what to wear every morning.Instead, they can spend time having a nutritious breakfast or preparing for new lessons,... Likewise, there is no need for students to worry about whether they look fashionable or not and therefore they can concentrate better on the study.
In conclusion, I am of the opinion that students should wear school uniforms because of those benefits which I have mentioned above.
