My English proficiency level has been B2 since long. Every time I take a test for my English proficiency level the result is B2. Now I feel as if it has stopped right there. Would somebody please give me some suggestions to get myself to C1?

Thanks.

What testing organization assigns these grades? I am not familiar with thm.

Different English learning websites, like British Council, have these tests and levels.

Have you searched online for how these grades are assigned?

I just looked here but it doesn't go into a lot of details.

Do you know your mark for each of the 4 skills? What are you weak at?

CliveHave you searched online for how these grades are assigned?

No. I haven't.

CliveDo you know your mark for each of the 4 skills?

No. Just the marks of the written tests that I took online and that is always around 80% or B2.

And the rest I can only guess that are as follow;

For reading it would surely be somewhat more then written.

For speaking it might be between 40 to 60 percent.

And for listening it is no doubt zero percent. For I understand a vedio that I usually listen to on British council after I have played it for the third or forth time :'( :'(

CliveWhat are you weak at?
Almost at every skill but I'm the weakest at listening.

Clearly, you need to find ways to improve your listening and speaking. Where you live, what ways are available to you?

Do you mean to say, "What ways are available to you in the country you are living in?"

I listen to the audios and videos avaliable on British Council but only when I've enough time. And I've no way to improve my English speaking skills. 😢😢😢
