In this day and age, in some countries people argue that having your own house is more pivotal than living in a rent house. Therefore, I will present the reasons for this situation and my view whether it is a positive or negative case.
In terms of the explanation, the first and foremost reason is that personal houses provide more privacy and comfortable place for people to truly enjoy their lives. For example, the unpreventable of noise when it comes to the sleep times or even in day times since the rent houses’ walls are mostly shared and scratched, however, being bothered is no longer happen while living in your own house. Another reason is that people gain more respect when having the ownership for their house in some countries. To be more specific, the ones that live in a rent house is usually considered as lower class who cannot afford a house in Vietnam.
Although some individuals believe that there are a number of plus sides regarding living in rent houses such as saving a massive amount of money or having more security, I suppose having the ownership for houses is more essential. Aside from the above reasons, I refer a personal house as it contains more freedom. For instance, there are many rules must be followed when living in a rent house such as no pets and have to obey curfews whereas those rules are not available when living in your own house.
In conclusion, many individuals claim that having the ownership of your own house is more crucial than living in a rent house because of the better quality of lives and respect from others. Thus, in my perspective, I believe it is a positive situation since it is true that people should live in a personal house rather than rent houses as it also has more freedom.
