I usually say "I speak a little French" without Of. Do native people use OF? Are the two sentences the same?
Thanks

No, we don't.
You could say "I speak a little bit of French", with no difference in meaning.

Not I or anybody I have ever heard.
"Of" is not possible in modern US English.
