i was wondering is this sentence corrrect to say?

1.Did you bought this one? or 2. Did you buy this one?

Everytime when you ask a question, do all the word in a sentence must be in simple present tense and not past tense.

1.Did you go to Disneyland yet? or have you been to disneyland yet?

about this one

1. Did you see the Terminator yet? or did you watch the Terminator yet? or have you seen the Terminator yet?

about the last one

1. Did you went shopping yet? or you went shopping yet?

2) Did u go to disneyland yet? ( It is used when someone was on his way to somewhere like here disneyland)
Have u been to disneland is used when u want someone to ask if he has ever gone to somewhere, even he may have returned.

For movies we use watch instead of see.
