I don't know what bad English is anymore, but you have three sentences here which are natural and commonly said. The third sentence would better read, "The details follow:," or, "the details are as follows:," or, "Here are the details:". Others including myself might find other ways to put it.

You have one giant sentence with independent clauses (sentences themselves) joined by commas - this is incorrect.

It's clearer to just say "Our records indicate that your account is past due. Specific information about your account and payment history are as follows:

[blah blah bla]

Please make arragements to settle the outstanding amount immediately.
