Is this correct and natural?

Reading is a way of widening your horizons and learning more about yourself by being exposed to other people’s ways of thinking in the comfort or your own home.

There is a typo, "comfort or".

It sounds native, but there are problems even so. "Widening your horizons" sounds like an unnecessary variation on "broadening your horizons", and even in its original form it is cliche. The passive "being exposed" is not ideal, but "exposing yourself" is even worse. "In the comfort of your own home" is cliche and sounds like an anticlimactic afterthought.

Here's my version for your comparison:

Reading is a way of widening your horizons and learning more about yourself because it exposes you to other people’s ways of thinking.

I find "in the comfort you your own home" too off-topic to be included.
