"You didn’t review at all at home, did you?"

(it doesn't seem to sound right.... or is it just me?? )

This sentence is correct. I guess it sounds a bit odd to you because 'at' is used twice but both are needed, so it's fine. Emotion: smile

Interchanging the position of "at all" and "at home" will give you a non-standard sentence. It's better to use the original sentence you posted.
