What do you guys think about the correctness of the two sentences?

And by the way, are the expressions, "It (has) passed many years" allowed ones?

I've never heard these expressions, but then I'm not a native. It may be a poetic use... I'd say "many years have passed since she came here"

Sorry. "It (has) passed many years" is not English!
As stated above, the expression is "Many years (have) passed".
