I have learnt about 3rd person singular affirmative but still confuse with these senteces:

it will help us to stay healthy.

it will helps us to stay healthy.

he will eat the whole meat.

he will eats the whole meat.
Comments
It will help us to stay healthy.

BUT

It helps us to stay healthy.

He will eat the whole meat.

BUT

He eats the whole meat.

He will eat

He eats

The s goes at the end when eats or helps is next to the subject.

The verbs that come after "will" have to be in their original/base form.

I will be... NOT I will am/is/are

He will work... NOT He will works
