Would you say “rating” or “score”?

Would you say “judge” or “rate”?

Finally, is it natural to say “judge a player on 30 minutes”? Or “rate on 30 minutes”? How would you phrase the last sentence?

At the end of the game, the players get a rating/score out of 10. The sports journalists only judge/rate players that play more than 30 minutes. They can judge a player on less than 30 minutes.

Thanks

Can you provide some information about what is going on?

What is the sport?

Is this some official activity that the journalists are involved in? Or are they just discussing the players informally?
