Kind is an adjective, also. It means polite and loving.

He is a kind and gentle old man.

There are many kind/kinds of jobs offered/offering by the company.( which one is correct?)

Kinds is correct because "many" means more than one. The plural form is required.
Offered is correct. It is the passive form.
The jobs are offered by the company.
The active form would be:

The company is offering many kinds of jobs.
