That is very obtuse and obscure writing. It uses complicated, somewhat antiquated and old-fashioned vocabulary that does not serve for clear communications. You may think that you are being sophisticated, but the effect is the opposite. It sounds bombastic.


This is what I might write:


You recently requested that we send you an experience certificate. (This is better described as proof / evidence / verification of employment.)

A copy is attached, but if you would like a printed copy, you can apply for one at our office during business hours.
