Letter of subscription...

In behalf of _______________ , I would like to inquire about the subscription to _________ He received some issues but unfortunately there are some lacking issues that he did not receive. May I know what went wrong? His Customer ID is 2935.

For your easy reference, the issue’s he received is No. 1, 2,10,11,12 & 13. The issue’s he did not receive is No. 3, 4, 5,6,7,8 & 9

I think you need to say briefly why the person cannot write the letter himself.

Please look into this and, if possible, supply either the missing issues or a suitable financial adjustment to Mr. Smith's account. Please address any further correspondence on this matter to me, at the above address.
